Privacy Policy
1. Information we collect
When you use Pullup, we may collect information you provide directly — such as your email address when you sign up, submit an event, or contact us. We also collect usage data automatically, including pages visited, search queries, and device information through standard analytics tools.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to operate and improve the Service; to respond to your messages and submissions; to send you updates about events or the platform if you have opted in; and to detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
3. Cookies and tracking
Pullup uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember preferences, and understand how users interact with the Service. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly as a result.
3a. Analytics providers
We use the following analytics tools to understand traffic patterns and improve the Service: Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights (hosting-provider-native; no cookies; aggregated data only); Google Analytics 4(cookie-based; IP addresses are anonymized; data retained per Google’s defaults). We track aggregate events such as which pages are viewed, which events users click through to, and whether signup forms convert. We do not use this data to build individual profiles or sell it to third parties. You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the official browser opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as hosting and analytics providers), and only to the extent necessary for them to provide those services. We may also share information when required by law.
5. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with our legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
6. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.
7. Children’s privacy
Pullup is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date.
