Terms of Service

By accessing or using Pullup (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Pullup is operated by Worldwide Master Solutions LLC, a Wyoming limited liability companydoing business as Pullup (“we,” “us,” “our”).

Pullup is an automotive event discovery platform that provides curated listings of car-related events and locations in Los Angeles and, in the future, other cities. Event information is provided for informational purposes only.

We make reasonable efforts to verify event details before publishing, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any event listing. Event details including dates, times, and locations are subject to change by organizers without notice. Always confirm event details with the organizer before attending.

You agree not to use the Service to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent event information; to harass, abuse, or harm other users or event organizers; to engage in any activity that violates applicable law; or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

You may create a free member account to save spots you want to come back to. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login secure. You agree to provide accurate information when signing up. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, and you may delete your own account at any time. Authentication is handled by our provider Clerk; see our Privacy Policy for how account information is handled.

By submitting an event, you represent that you have the right to share the information provided and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Pullup reserves the right to reject, edit, or remove any submission at its discretion. See §5a for the license terms that apply to photos, comments, and other content you contribute.

When you submit content to Pullup (including photos, comments, reactions, event notes, or feedback), you grant Worldwide Master Solutions LLCa non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on or in connection with the Service. This license lets us run the platform — show your photo on the spot page, include your comment in a feed, etc. This license survives termination of your account only with respect to content you contributed publicly and that other users have already interacted with (for example, a photo on a spot page that other members have saved). Content that was never made public, or that you deleted before termination, is not covered by this survival. You represent that you own or have the rights necessary to submit the content you submit, and that the content does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights. You can delete your own contributions at any time. We may remove or moderate user-contributed content at our discretion, including content that violates these Terms, infringes a third party’s rights, or that we determine is unsafe or unlawful. Removal is transparent: when we remove content, we leave a visible placeholder explaining who removed it, when, and why.

When you submit comments, reactions, or written feedback to Pullup about an event, venue, or spot, you agree that your submission reflects your honest opinion and experience. You agree NOT to: (a) submit reviews, comments, or ratings you do not believe to be honest; (b) post content on behalf of another party without disclosing that relationship; (c) accept any compensation, gift, or incentive (from Pullup, an event organizer, a venue, or any third party) in exchange for posting content with a specific sentiment; (d) misrepresent your identity, relationship to an event or venue, or any material fact relevant to the content you post. Pullup may remove content that violates this section and may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly do so.

All content on the Pullup platform, including text, design, code, and branding, is owned by Worldwide Master Solutions LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or content. Pullup is not responsible for any third-party content, websites, or services.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Pullup does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Worldwide Master Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
