PCA Golden Gate Region

PCA Golden Gate Region (GGR) is the Northern California chapter of the Porsche Club of America, celebrating its 65th anniversary in 2026. Their tagline borrows from the brand itself — "there is no substitute" — and their pitch is plain: the best Porsche experience California has to offer. The club runs across four pillars: Autocross (the safest, lowest-speed entry into driving a Porsche at the limit), Motoring (drives through some of the best roads in the world), Social (a wide range of events for Porsche people to gather), and Track (HPDE, Time Trials, and Club Racing for the high-performance side of the car). GGR sponsors driver education programs and concours alongside its racing calendar, and members get the PCA Test Drive program and a complimentary subscription to Porsche Panorama, PCA's award-winning monthly magazine. 2026 President is Howard Yao.
