SoCal Shut Down Halloween Meet

SoCal Shut Down hosts a free Halloween meet in Westminster with costume and two-step contests, tug of war, decorated cars, and Halloween games. Food vendors and music round out the night, which runs from 7pm to 10pm at 14042 Goldenwest St. Cars and bikes are welcome, though organizers ask for no burnouts or excessive revving.
