Cars & Coffee.

Saturday morning, a parking lot, something hot in a thermos, and 50 cars that nobody moved out of their garage for no reason. The default ritual of LA car culture — no entry fee, no registration, no rules beyond “show up and be curious.”

What to expect

Cars & Coffee is the entry point to LA car culture. Saturday or Sunday morning, a parking lot or a café patio, some number of cars between ten and a hundred, and a crowd that mostly knows each other. People walk around, ask questions, trade stories about builds, eat a breakfast burrito, and leave before traffic gets bad.

There’s no registration, no entry fee, no judging. You show up in whatever you drive — daily driver, restomod, lease, project — and nobody cares as long as you’re there to look at cars.

How to not be “that person”:park in a spot, don’t block exits, don’t rev your engine to announce yourself, don’t touch anyone’s car, and tip well if the host is a café. Arrive early — the best parking and the best conversations both happen in the first hour.

Some of these run weekly; some are monthly; a few are once-in-a- while. The list above is pulled from the events Pullup has verified are actually happening.
